1. Definitions
In these terms, the following words have the following meanings:

  • “We” or “Us” or “Company” refers to Box Removal Pvt Ltd.
  •  “You” or “Customer” refers to the individual or entity requesting removal services.
  •  “Goods” means the items that are to be moved.

2. Services Provided
We agree to provide removal and/or packing services as described in the quotation provided. These services may include:

  • Collection, transport, and delivery of Goods.
  • Packing and unpacking services (if included in your quote).
  • Provision of packing materials (if agreed).
  • Temporary or long-term storage services (if required).

3. Quotation and Payment

  • All quotes are based on information provided by the Customer and include transportation and labor. Any additional services or unforeseen circumstances may incur extra charges.
  • Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice and are due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a fee.
  • We reserve the right to change the quote if the job requires more resources or time than originally estimated.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than [48 Hours] before the scheduled move date will not incur any fees.
  • Cancellations made less than [48 Hours]before the move date may incur a cancellation fee of [25%].
  • If we are unable to complete the move due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., incorrect information provided, access restrictions, unsafe conditions), a fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that items are packed securely unless you have hired us to perform the packing service.
  • You must provide clear and safe access to all locations. Any delays or obstructions may result in additional charges.
  • Fragile, valuable, or hazardous items must be declared and properly packed. We may refuse to transport certain items for safety reasons.
  • It is your responsibility to arrange parking permits or permissions required at both collection and delivery points.

6. Liability and Insurance

We are fully insured for the transportation of Goods, but we recommend that you check your insurance policy for additional coverage.
We are not liable for:

  • Goods not properly packed or secured by the Customer.
  • Items of high value (e.g., jewelry, money, antiques) unless disclosed and agreed upon in writing before the move.
  • Damage or loss caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions or accidents.
  • Damage to property if proper precautions, such as securing access or covering floors, are not taken by the Customer.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

  • While we aim to meet agreed-upon times, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or mechanical failures.
  • In cases of force majeure (events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions), we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the contract without liability.

8. Complaints

  • If you have any complaints regarding our services, please notify us as soon as possible. Complaints must be made in writing within [number of days] of the move date.
  • We will work to resolve any complaints or disputes in a fair and timely manner.

9. Termination of Agreement

  • Either party may terminate this agreement in the event of a significant breach of these terms and conditions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the Customer fails to comply with the agreed terms or creates unsafe working conditions.

10. Governing Law
